Shop UC will issue a refund or exchange in the case of faulty or damaged items. In these instances, the customer must report the issue to Shop UC within 14 days. It is the customers responsibility to repackage and return the faulty/damaged item, along with proof of purchase to Shop UC. Shop UC will cover the cost of posting the damaged item back to the shop. Should the customer request a replacement for the item, Shop UC will cover the cost of postage to the customer of the replacement item.
Incorrect sizes will be exchanged at the request of the customer within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for repackaging and returning the item to Shop UC, along with proof of purchase. The item must be within its original packaging, and have all tags intact. The customer is liable to pay the cost of all return mailing.
Shop UC does not offer exchange or refund to customers who have changed their mind about the product they have purchased.
